High-Frequency ERW and Passivation Coating Roadmap

Quality begins with our production lines. Cold-rolled steel strips are processed through high-frequency Electric Resistance Welding (ERW). Our process removes weld spatter and heat-treats the seam to prevent cracking under bending stresses. Following calibration, tubes go through either Pre-Galvanization (coiling raw steel in zinc baths before forming) or Hot-Dip Galvanization (dipping pre-formed pipes into zinc baths at 450°C).

We package the tubes in hex bundles wrapped with waterproof materials and include desiccant packs to control humidity inside shipping containers.
