An Australian customer purchased powder coating pre-galvanized steel square tubes. Upon receiving the initial shipment, the customer tested the adhesive strength between the powder coating and the surface of the square tube, finding it to be insufficient.
We actively conducted meetings with the customer to address this issue and immediately began continuous testing. To resolve the adhesion issue, we polished the surface of the square tube and heated it in the heating furnace. Throughout this period, we maintained constant communications and ran ongoing tests to fine-tune our approach.
After extensive troubleshooting and multiple test runs, we achieved a result that left the customer highly satisfied with the products. Currently, this customer purchases a large quantity of products from our factory every month.
