An Australian customer purchased powder-coated pre-galvanized steel square tubes. Upon initial receipt, they tested the adhesive strength between the powder coating and the tube surface, finding it to be lower than required. We immediately held joint technical meetings and conducted extensive testing. By polishing the tube surface and pre-heating it in the furnace, we developed an optimized surface preparation process. After rigorous trials, the customer was completely satisfied, and they now place high-volume monthly orders.

Our hollow section square tubes are available in outer diameters from 20mm*20mm to 400mm*400mm, with wall thicknesses ranging from 0.7mm to 13mm. Custom lengths from 1 to 14 meters can also be supplied upon request.
What types of surface treatments do you provide?
We specialize in galvanized surface treatments. This includes pre-galvanized square tubes with a zinc coating range of 40 to 220G/M², and hot-dip galvanized square tubes ranging from 220 to 350G/M² for higher corrosion resistance.

What are your standard payment and delivery terms?
Our standard payment terms are a 30% T/T deposit in advance, with the remaining 70% balance due after receiving the B/L copy. We also accept 100% Irrevocable L/C at sight. The typical delivery timeline is 25 days following receipt of the deposit.
