An Australian customer purchased powder coating pre-galvanized steel square tubes. Upon receiving the initial delivery, the customer tested the adhesive strength between the powder and the surface of the square tube, finding it to be insufficient.

We actively scheduled meetings to analyze the issue and conducted continuous tests. The surface of the square tube was polished, and then the polished tubes were sent to a heating furnace. Through consistent communication, rigorous testing, and refining our process, we achieved a result that left the customer highly satisfied. Now, the customer purchases a large quantity of these products on a monthly basis.
