An inquiry was received from a customer in Singapore who required steel pipes. After initial quoting, the customer expressed that our prices were higher compared to other suppliers they researched.
However, acknowledging our product details and factory capabilities, the customer placed a trial order of 10 containers. Impressed by the quality of our products and services, they established a long-term cooperative relationship with us, and we continue to supply them with goods on a monthly basis.
The customer purchased steel pipes directly from our factory. Once the goods were completed, the customer visited our facilities in person for a detailed quality and loading inspection.
Our rectangular tubes feature an outer diameter range of 20mm*10mm to 200mm*400mm, with wall thicknesses starting from 0.7mm up to 13mm. Custom lengths from 1 to 14 meters are available depending on specific project requirements.
We manufacture products under major international standards including ASTM, DIN, JIS, and BS. Supported steel grades include Q195 to Q345, 10#, 45#, S235JR, GR.B-D, STK500, and BS1387.
We provide pre-galvanized rectangular tubes with a zinc coating range of 40 to 220 G/M², as well as hot-dip galvanized rectangular tubes ranging from 220 to 350 G/M² to ensure excellent corrosion resistance.
Our factory is located just 40 kilometers from Xingang Port (Tianjin), the largest port in northern China. This proximity enables fast, cost-efficient domestic transport and rapid shipping times.
We offer flexible payment methods: 30% T/T deposit in advance with the remaining 70% balance paid after receiving the B/L copy, or 100% Irrevocable L/C at sight, or 100% Irrevocable L/C after B/L copy (within 20-30 days). Standard delivery is completed within 25 days post-deposit.
