An Australian customer purchased powder coating pre-galvanized steel square tube. After receiving the goods for the first time, the customer tested the adhesive strength between the powder and the surface of the square tube.
The test showed that the adhesion was small. We held meetings with the customer to discuss this problem and performed continuous tests. We polished the surface of the square tube, sent the polished square tube to the heating furnace for heating, and kept finding new methods.
After many tests, the customer was highly satisfied with the final products. Now, the customer purchases a large number of products from our factory every month.
