An Australian customer purchased powder coating pre-galvanized steel square tubes from us. After receiving the goods for the first time, the customer tested the adhesive strength between the powder and the surface of the square tube, finding it to be insufficient.
We proactively held meetings with the customer to address this issue and conducted continuous testing. We polished the surface of the square tube and sent it to the heating furnace for thermal treatment. Through constant collaborative testing and discussions, we kept finding solutions. After many trials, the customer was highly satisfied with the final result. Now, the customer purchases a large number of products from our factory every month.
The customer purchased steel pipes in our factory. After the goods were produced, the customer came to our factory for inspection.
