Our top-tier structural profiles, connectors, and raw material coils engineering complete roofing and framing systems.
Utilizing high-grade AA3003, AA3004, and AA5052 series aluminum elements. Our manufacturing introduces exact alloying elements (Manganese and Magnesium) to refine the grain structure, providing superior tensile strength and localized yield tolerance crucial for structural building profiles.
Architectural aluminum alloys automatically generate a dense aluminum oxide passivation layer. Engineered for ISO 12944 C5-M marine coastal environments, our coils prevent pitting and galvanic corrosion even under intense chloride exposure.
Precision coil forming offsets thermal expansion movements (23.1×10⁻⁶ K⁻¹). Our factory designs architectural profiles to absorb continuous heat expansion and contraction cycles, avoiding roof fastener shear failures over long service lives.
Expert selection of aluminum alloys based on specific mechanical loading requirements, chemical atmospheres, and environmental durability.

Established in 1998, our manufacturing complex spans an expansive area of over 70,000 square meters. We are strategically situated just 40 kilometers from Tianjin Xingang Port, the largest commercial port in Northern China, allowing for rapid and highly economical international maritime container shipments.
As a pioneering force in the structural metal industry, we operate multiple automated processing units: 4 pre-galvanized product lines, 8 ERW structural pipe lines, and 3 hot-dipped galvanized processing lines. All systems are governed strictly under the ISO9001 Quality Management System. Utilizing high-efficiency material science, our metal works manufacture advanced structural frames and components designed to support architectural roof envelopes.
We possess three active utility patents, including our proprietary groove pipe, shoulder pipe, and Victaulic connector designs. Our massive industrial layout guarantees that we produce over 300,000 metric tons of custom construction steel and aluminum integrated profiles annually, offering a unified, anti-corrosive building system to engineering clients globally.

Selecting the correct metal roofing alloy is a multi-parameter calculation. While structural steel remains a popular choice for framing, aluminum alloys have become the primary choice for envelope engineering due to their favorable strength-to-weight ratio. A standard 0.7mm aluminum roofing sheet weighs roughly 1.89 kg/m², compared to over 5.5 kg/m² for structural steel sheets of equivalent thickness. This major reduction in roof mass yields massive savings in framing materials and structural support requirements.
When aluminum roofing sheets come into direct contact with structural carbon steel framing, galvanic corrosion can occur due to difference in electrode potential (aluminum acts as an anode, deteriorating rapidly in the presence of moisture). To prevent this, our engineers advise using neoprene, EPDM isolation washers, or non-conductive barrier coatings. Using our galvanized square pipes and structural framing profiles along with our technical separation design ensures maximum safety and durability for the entire roofing structure.
In coastal and high-altitude areas, roofs are exposed to heavy wind uplift forces. Calculating the maximum allowable wind load requires knowing the yield strength of the material and the design of the profile. Standard AA3004 coils, having a minimum yield strength of 150 MPa in H24 temper, offer high wind resistance when formed into deep standing seam profiles. Our engineering team assists developers in calculation checks, detailing exact clip spacing and fastener frequency to ensure roof structural integrity during hurricanes.
