Cold-rolled steel coils are continuous-fed through a thin bath of molten zinc. This creates a uniform, aesthetic coating thickness of 60g/m² to 120g/m², ideal for interior frame construction, dynamic automotive components, and standard dry framing environments.
Completed steel fabrications are dipped into a molten zinc bath at approximately 450°C (842°F). This initiates a chemical alloy bond (Fe-Zn layers) providing heavy coatings up to 500g/m² for outstanding protection in marine and industrial zones.
