Australian customer purchase powder coating pre galvanized steel square tube. After customers receives the goods for the first time. Customer tests adhesive strength between the powder and the surface of the square tube. Customers test powder and square surface adhesion is small. We have meetings with customers to discuss this problem and we do tests all the time. We polished the surface of the square tube. Send the polished square tube to the heating furnace for heating. We tests all the time and discuss with customer all the time. We keep finding ways. After many tests, the final customer is very satisfied with the products. Now customer purchase a large number of products from factory every month.
The customer purchased steel pipes in our factory. After the goods were produced, the customer came to our factory for inspection.
We offer both Hot Dip Galvanized Steel Pipes and Pre-Galvanized Steel Pipes in various shapes, including round and square configurations.
Our pre-galvanized steel pipes carry a zinc coating of 40 to 220 G/M², while our hot dip galvanized steel pipes feature a heavier coating ranging from 220 to 350 G/M².
Our manufacturing process strictly complies with major international standards, including ASTM, DIN, JIS, and BS. We hold certificates from ISO, BV, CE, and SGS.
Our typical delivery lead time is 25 days after receiving the deposit. Goods are loaded and dispatched directly from the Tianjin/Xingang port, located only 40 kilometers from our factory.
We hold 3 patented configurations: Groove pipe, Shoulder pipe, and Victaulic pipe. Our equipment assets include 4 pre-galvanized product lines, 8 ERW steel pipe lines, and 3 hot-dipped galvanized process lines.
We accept a 30% T/T deposit in advance with the remaining 70% balance due upon B/L copy, as well as 100% Irrevocable L/C at sight, or 100% Irrevocable L/C within 20-30 days of receiving the B/L copy.
