Explore our core engineering items, certified under ISO 9001 and manufactured to precision ASTM, DIN, and JIS standards.
Established in 1998, Tianjin Minjie Steel Co., Ltd has developed into an internationally trusted manufacturer and exporter of premier structural steel solutions. Spanning a state-of-the-art facility of over 70,000 square meters, our plant is strategically situated just 40 kilometers from XinGang Port—the largest deep-water gateway in Northern China. This proximity enables optimized global shipping and logistical efficiency.
Our core capabilities involve engineering high-load "Gerst" scaffolding systems, shoring props, ERW pipes, square and rectangular hollow sections, and hot-dip galvanized solutions. Backed by proprietary technologies, we own 3 core engineering patents, including our advanced Groove Connection Pipe, Shoulder Connection Pipe, and Victaulic Coupling Systems. We serve industrial clients in Europe, the Americas, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East.

An authoritative analysis of high-strength structural framework performance, mechanical stability, and anti-corrosive dynamics.
We use Q235B, Q345, and carbon steel profiles that undergo grain-refinement heat treatments to optimize stress distribution. This results in superior yield strength and load carrying capabilities for scaffolding and shoring systems.
Our structural connection solutions feature groove-end, shoulder-end, and Victaulic system joints. These patented systems reduce assembly times by 40% and provide superior torsional resistance under heavy shear loads.
Through our 3 hot-dip galvanization and 4 pre-galvanization processing lines, we control zinc thickness at a microscopic level. This ensures an even coating density, preventing premature structural failures in harsh maritime and chemical environments.
In modern industrial infrastructure, safety and long-term durability are critical engineering requirements. The structural load calculations for shoring towers and high-rise framework installations mandate safety coefficients exceeding 2.5x the nominal static load limit. Our engineering team designs steel pipes and hollow sections to meet these demands by maintaining uniform wall thickness tolerances within ±3% and yield points that surpass basic ASTM and DIN requirements. This high standard minimizes structural deformities during service.
Additionally, our structural coatings utilize advanced zinc-aluminum-magnesium alloy combinations. This composition provides superior self-healing edge protection compared to standard hot-dip galvanization. When exposed to maritime wind loads, industrial chemical plants, or extreme sub-zero infrastructure sites, this protective layer undergoes a chemical passivation process. The resulting barrier significantly reduces oxidation rates, ensuring a longer structural service life.
Operating from the major steel manufacturing hub of Tianjin, China, our factory integrates manufacturing, processing, testing, and shipping logistics into a streamlined operation. Our close proximity to Tianjin XinGang Port allows us to coordinate direct shipments, reducing delays and transportation costs for our clients.
With 4 pre-galvanized lines, 8 high-frequency ERW steel pipe lines, and 3 advanced hot-dip galvanizing lines, we maintain reliable production schedules even during seasonal fluctuations. This integrated capacity enables us to fulfill large-scale orders with consistent quality, while our custom design service offers tailored structural steel sections for complex architectural layouts.
Our structural pipes, scaffolding components, and shoring systems are engineered to perform reliably across diverse climates and site conditions.
Used as heavy-duty shoring props and load-bearing columns in commercial and transit projects. Our adjustable steel shoring props and square hollow sections provide the required load capacity for high-density cast concrete slabs.
Pre-galvanized and hot-dip galvanized round and rectangular pipes form the structural skeletons for multi-span greenhouses. The anti-corrosion properties resist internal humidity and weathering from pesticide use.
Our ERW welded steel tubes are processed into precision components for agricultural machinery, container frames, railway guards, and vehicle chassis, meeting strict dimensional tolerances.
We work with international engineering firms, commercial contractors, and industrial distributors to deliver reliable steel products worldwide.

Key technical questions and answers regarding product specifications, standards, and shipping procedures.
Hot-dip galvanized (HDG) steel involves dipping finished steel into molten zinc, producing a thick layer (typically 45-85 microns) of zinc-iron alloys suitable for harsh outdoor and industrial environments. Pre-galvanized steel is coated in sheet form before forming, resulting in a thinner, more uniform layer (usually 15-25 microns) ideal for dry climates, indoor applications, and light structural framing.
We utilize CNC-controlled cutting, punching, and threading processes. Our quality inspection team performs real-time checks on tube straightness (under 1.5mm per meter), wall thickness tolerances (within ±3%), and thread depth accuracy to ensure shoring props lock securely under load.
These connection options allow pipes to be joined without field welding, saving installation time and labor. They also accommodate thermal expansion and angular deflection while maintaining pressure integrity, making them suitable for temporary structural frameworks and fluid piping.
For piling and load-bearing structures, we provide ASTM A252 Grade 3 spiral welded SSAW pipes. For high-pressure and high-temperature systems, we manufacture ASTM A106 Grade B and ASTM A53 Grade B seamless and ERW steel pipes, accompanied by Mill Test Certificates (MTC) according to EN 10204 3.1.
Located just 40 kilometers from XinGang Port, we minimize inland freight costs and transition times. This allows us to rapidly secure containers, coordinate port handling, and reduce shipping overhead, helping to lower total landed costs for global clients.
