Customer Case

Australian customer purchased powder coating pre-galvanized steel square tube. After customers received the goods for the first time, customer tested adhesive strength between the powder and the surface of the square tube. Customers test powder and square surface adhesion was small. We had meetings with customers to discuss this problem and we did tests all the time. We polished the surface of the square tube, sent the polished square tube to the heating furnace for heating. We tested all the time and discussed with the customer all the time. We kept finding ways. After many tests, the final customer was very satisfied with the products. Now customer purchases a large number of products from our factory every month.

We accept 30% T/T deposit in advance, with the remaining 70% balance paid after receiving the B/L copy. Standard delivery time is 25 days following receipt of the deposit, shipped via Tianjin/Xingang port.
