An Australian customer purchased powder coating pre-galvanized steel square tubes from us. Upon receiving the initial order, the customer conducted testing to measure the adhesive strength between the powder coating and the surface of the square tube. Initial results indicated that the adhesion was lower than required.

To resolve this, we held detailed collaborative technical discussions with the customer and ran continuous trial tests. We polished the surface of the square tubes and integrated a heating process utilizing a specialized furnace before powder application. Through constant refinement, testing, and continuous feedback loop with the customer, we achieved the exact performance requirements. Today, this customer continues to purchase a large volume of steel products from our factory on a monthly basis.
