Australian customer purchased powder coating pre galvanized steel square tube. After customers received the goods for the first time, customer tested adhesive strength between the powder and the surface of the square tube. Customers tested powder and square surface adhesion was small. We had meetings with customers to discuss this problem and we did tests all the time. We polished the surface of the square tube and sent the polished square tube to the heating furnace for heating. We tested all the time and discussed with customer all the time. We kept finding ways. After many tests, the final customer was very satisfied with the products. Now customer purchases a large number of products from our factory every month.
The customer purchased steel pipes in our factory. After the goods were produced, the customer came to our factory for inspection.
