An inquiry has been received from a customer in Singapore. The customer needs steel pipes. After we give the price to the customer, the customer says our price is high. Customers are compared with other suppliers.
The customer purchased 10 containers in our factory for the first time. Now per month we are still supplying goods to this customer. The customer is satisfied with the quality of our products. Customers to our factory to establish long-term relations of cooperation.
Our rectangular welded steel pipes are available in outer diameters ranging from 20mm*10mm to 200mm*400mm, with wall thicknesses starting from 0.7mm up to 13mm. Custom lengths between 1m and 14m can be provided according to specific customer requirements.
We manufacture steel pipes using high-quality material grades such as Q195 to Q345, 10#, 45#, S235JR, GR.B-D, STK500, and BS1387. Our production conforms to major international standards including ASTM, DIN, JIS, and BS.
We offer both pre-galvanized and hot-dip galvanized surface treatments. The zinc coating mass ranges from 40 to 220 G/M² for pre-galvanized tubes and 220 to 350 G/M² for hot-dip galvanized rectangular tubes to ensure superior corrosion resistance.
We employ strict quality control measures to ensure that our products meet standards such as ISO, BV, CE, and SGS. All steel tubes feature no joint pipes, are square-cut, and are deburred to prevent sharp edges and guarantee product consistency.
Our main loading port is Tianjin/Xingang. Our manufacturing facility is located just 40 kilometers from Xingang port, which is the largest port in Northern China, allowing us to provide rapid and cost-effective shipping services.
We accept a 30% T/T deposit in advance with the remaining 70% balance due after receiving the B/L copy. We also accept 100% Irrevocable L/C at sight, or 100% Irrevocable L/C 20-30 days after the B/L copy. Delivery typically takes about 25 days after receiving the initial deposit.
