An Australian customer purchased powder coating pre-galvanized steel square tubes. Upon receiving the initial shipment, the customer tested the adhesive strength between the powder and the surface of the square tube, finding the adhesion to be insufficient. We held several meetings to address this issue and conducted continuous testing. By polishing the surface of the square tube and routing it through the heating furnace for pre-heating, we consistently optimized our process. Following numerous tests, the customer was completely satisfied with the refined product. Consequently, they now purchase a large volume of products from our factory every month.
