We supply both Hot Dip Galvanized Steel Pipes and Pre-Galvanized Steel Pipes. The wall thickness ranges from 0.6mm to 20mm, the outer diameter ranges from 1/2’’ (21.3mm) to 16’’ (406.4mm), and standard lengths span from 1 to 14 meters according to specific customer requirements.
What is the difference in zinc coating between pre-galvanized and hot dip galvanized pipes?
Our Pre-galvanized steel pipe has a zinc coating range of 40–220G/M², while the Hot dip galvanized steel pipe features a thicker zinc coating range of 220–350G/M² for enhanced corrosion resistance.
What standard requirements and certifications do your steel pipes meet?
Our steel pipes are manufactured in compliance with major global standards, including ASTM, DIN, JIS, and BS. In addition, our factory operations and products are certified by ISO, BV, CE, and SGS.
What are your payment terms and average delivery times?
We accept a 30% T/T deposit in advance, with the remaining 70% balance due after receiving the B/L copy. We also accept 100% Irrevocable L/C at sight, or 100% Irrevocable L/C payable 20-30 days after receiving the B/L copy. The standard delivery time is 25 days after receiving your deposit.

For example, when an Australian customer faced issues with powder coating adhesion on square tubes, we held meetings, ran continuous tests, polished the surface, preheated it in a furnace, and refined our process until the customer was completely satisfied. Where is the loading port, and what are your factory's production capabilities?
Our primary loading port is Tianjin/Xingang. Our factory is located just 40 kilometers from Xingang port, the largest port in Northern China. Our manufacturing facility includes 4 pre-galvanized product lines, 8 ERW steel pipe product lines, and 3 hot-dipped galvanized process lines to ensure timely supply.
