An Australian customer purchased powder coating pre-galvanized steel square tubes. After receiving the shipment for the first time, the customer tested the adhesive strength between the powder coating and the surface of the square tube. The tests revealed that the adhesion was insufficient. We immediately convened engineering meetings to investigate the issue and conducted continuous tests. To resolve this, we polished the surface of the square tube and sent it to a heating furnace for pre-heating. Through dedicated, iterative testing and constant communication with the customer, we successfully found the optimal solution. The customer was highly satisfied with the improved products and now places large monthly purchase orders with our factory.
