An Australian customer purchased powder-coated pre-galvanized steel square tubes. Upon initial testing of the adhesive strength between the powder and the surface, the adhesion was found to be insufficient. Our team conducted intensive internal testing and discussions with the customer. By polishing the surface and utilizing a heating furnace treatment, we successfully resolved the issue. The customer was highly satisfied with the final product and now maintains a large monthly purchase volume from our factory.
