An Australian customer purchased powder coated pre-galvanized steel square tubes. Upon receiving the first batch, the customer tested the adhesive strength between the powder and the surface of the square tube, finding it below expectation. We organized technical meetings to address this issue and carried out continuous internal testing. Our team polished the surface of the square tube and optimized the heating furnace settings. Through persistent research and close consultation with the client, we solved the problem. The final product met the client's high standards, and they now purchase a large quantity of these products from our factory every month.
The customer purchased steel pipes in our factory. After the goods were produced, the customer came to our factory for inspection.
We supply welded steel pipes with wall thicknesses ranging from 0.6mm to 20mm, outer diameters from 1/2’’ (21.3mm) to 16’’ (406.4mm), and lengths between 1 to 14 meters according to customized customer requirements.
Our production uses materials such as Q195-Q345, 10#, 45#, S235JR, GR.B-D, STK500, and BS1387. We strictly adhere to ASTM, DIN, JIS, and BS standards, and our products hold ISO, BV, CE, and SGS certifications.
As a direct manufacturer, our prices offer a significant competitive advantage over intermediary trading firms. Furthermore, we maintain direct control over production scheduling to ensure reliable, high-quality, and on-time shipments.

Our factory is located only 40 kilometers from Xingang Port (Tianjin), which is the largest port in Northern China. This close proximity ensures efficient transportation, minimized transit times, and lower logistical costs.
We accept a 30% T/T deposit in advance with the remaining 70% balance payable after B/L copy, or 100% irrevocable L/C at sight, or L/C 20-30 days after receiving the B/L copy. Standard delivery times are 25 days following receipt of deposit.
