An Australian customer purchased powder coating pre-galvanized steel square tubes. Upon receiving the initial shipment, the customer tested the adhesive strength between the powder coating and the surface of the square tube, finding the adhesion performance to be insufficient. We immediately collaborated with the customer to run continuous test cycles. By polishing the surface of the square tubes and heating them in our specialized furnace, we successfully refined the finishing process. After multiple trials, the customer was completely satisfied with the optimized product quality and now imports a large quantity of these products from our factory on a monthly basis.
The customer purchased steel pipes directly from our factory. Following production, they visited our manufacturing facility to perform quality checks and container loading inspections.
