Customer Case

Australian customer purchased powder coating pre-galvanized steel square tube. After customers received the goods for the first time, they tested the adhesive strength between the powder and the surface of the square tube and found the adhesion was small. We had meetings with the customer to discuss this problem and conducted continuous tests. We polished the surface of the square tube, sent the polished square tube to the heating furnace for heating, and kept running tests and discussions with the customer. Through persistent optimization, the final customer became very satisfied with the products. Now, the customer purchases a large number of products from our factory every month.

Our standard payment term is a 30% deposit with the remaining balance due upon receipt of the Bill of Lading (B/L) copy. The delivery time is approximately 25 days after receiving the deposit.
