The manufacturing process for our Galvanized Steel Coils leverages advanced continuous hot-dip galvanizing lines (CGL). The substrate cold-rolled coil (CRC) undergoes a continuous cleaning and degreasing cycle before entering the vertical annealing furnace. In this thermal zone, the steel is normalized and heated to control recrystallization. Once annealed, the steel strip enters a molten zinc bath maintained at 450°C to 460°C.
By adjusting high-precision automated gas knives immediately above the zinc pot, the zinc coating weight is precisely regulated.
