Australian customer purchased powder coating pre-galvanized steel square tube. After the customer received the goods for the first time, they tested the adhesive strength between the powder and the surface of the square tube, finding it to be insufficient. We held meetings with the customer to discuss this problem and conducted tests continuously. By polishing the surface of the square tube and feeding it into the heating furnace for pre-heating, we kept finding solutions. After many tests, the customer was highly satisfied with the final products. Now, the customer purchases a large volume of products from our factory every month.
