An Australian customer purchased powder-coated pre-galvanized steel square tubes. Upon receiving the initial shipment, the customer tested the adhesive strength between the powder coating and the square tube surface, finding the adhesion was insufficient. We immediately convened technical meetings to analyze the problem and performed continuous testing. By polishing the surface of the square tubes and sending them through a heating furnace prior to treatment, we conducted repeated trials and maintained open technical communication with the customer. Through this collaborative approach, we successfully resolved the issue. The customer was highly satisfied with the final product and now imports a large volume of products from our factory on a monthly basis.
